I just wanted to take a minute and update you on our water filtration system. It is so great! It has been a few months since your company installed the water conditioner, sediment filter and the reverse osmosis filter and the results are way beyond what I expected. I am so glad we went with the filtration system instead of a water line, because we would have still wanted the county water filtered. The water line was also much more expensive and we would have had another issue with chlorine and all the other impurities.

I can see that the calcium deposits on faucets throughout the house are softening and I am gradually getting to each one to clean them. I cleaned the glass on the shower door in the master and for the first time since we built the house, the glass is clear with NO water spots from the hard water and there is no gritty sediment in the bottom of any of the bathtubs.

The first thing we noticed (within 2 days) was that our hair and skin were softer and so were the clothes. Soap and shampoo actually lathers, so it takes a lot less and there is NO hard water ring around the toilets. I could go on, but it is by far the best decision I could have made for our
personal comfort and for the well being of the house. I have no doubt that hard water damages every pipe and appliance it touches. Well water in this area is very hard and as you know we already had an Easy Water system which did absolutely NOTHING! Thanks for removing that too.

Also, the 99.9% pure drinking water from the reverse osmosis filter is delicious and definitely makes a big difference in everything, especially tea and coffee. I mean seriously, a big difference in both the taste and color.
